Dr. S. K. Kapoor also has a experience of more than four decades in legal field. Dr. Kapoor is a former District & Sessions Judge, Haryana and has vast experience in handling all types of complex litigations. Dr. Kapoor has handled many arbitration matters as a presiding officer and also contested many Arbitrations matters as a counsel. Mr. Kumar has completed his Bachelors in Science (Geology) and Bachelors of Law from University of Delhi. He has completed a diploma course in Intellectual Property Rights from Indian Law Institute (ILI). Mr. Kumar has over 25 years of experience and he has worked in various matters pertaining to complex commercial and corporate litigations and civil disputes. He is actively involved in civil and corporate law practice and advises numerous Indian and foreign clients on diverse matters. He appears before various courts and tribunals across India representing many big corporate houses and individual clients of position and status in the international arena.

Mr. Singh is a Company Secretary with a law degree. He is M. Sc. (Physics) with MBA in Finance who has a rich experience of more than two decades in handling all legal matters which includes arbitration, FEMA, drawing and vetting of various agreements, deeds etc. and provident fund matters in the legal domain. Mr. Singh specializes in mergers & acquisitions, restructuring of business, asset & share purchase deals, takeovers, divestitures, security offerings, structuring of complex debt and equity investments and corporate advisory. He advises big ticket investing in the various big industry sectors in India such as Energy, Telecom, Health and IT.

Mr. Pathak has done Law from Faculty of Law, Delhi University in 2000 and Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resource Management. Mr. Pathak has rich experience of more than two decades in handling complex issues in diverse areas of law and practice. Mr. Pathak have expertise in drafting and vetting of contracts, agreements and legal documents and handling Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Company Law litigation and dispute resolution before all judicial forums including Arbitral Tribunals, High Court of Delhi, MRTP Commission, Consumer Commission/Forum, DRT, DRAT, TDSAT and The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

B.A. (LAW), L.LB., LLM, practicing as Advocate for more than 27 years Deals in civil Criminal matters including Banking Matter, Civil, Criminal, Insurance, Banking Consumer and Labour matters. Mr. Kapoor has compiled and published a book on the various landmark judgments of Sir Shadi Lal, Chief Justice. Mr. Kapoor handles all the bank related litigations of the clients related Paramount. Mr. Kapoor also handles various consumer complaints in Ombudsman, commissions and tribunals.

Mr. Deepak Girdhar has obtained a bachelor degree in commerce and completed his L.LB. from MDU University. With experience of 7 years, Mr. Girdhar has expertise in drafting petitions of all civil and criminal cases which includes Recovery suit, employee dispute, quashing of FIR etc. Mr. Girdhar also appears before various District Courts in Delhi and NCR. Deepak is assisting justice S D Anand and Dr. S. K. Kapoor during their appearance in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi Mr. Girdhar represents Paramount in various district courts of Delhi, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC), District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forums etc.

Mr. Mathur is an advocate with experience of around 5 years is a all rounder litigator and regularly appears before Delhi High Court, various District Courts, National Green Tribunal, Competition Commission and Arbitral Tribunals. He has also experience of handling arbitrations. His areas of specialization include civil litigation, commercial arbitrations, white-collar crimes related litigation, consumer disputes, labour disputes.

Mr. Nagpal, who has recently joined us, has obtained a B.B.A. L.L.B. (H) from Amity University, Noida in 2021 and further pursuing Master of Business Law from National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
